Daniel read Law at the University of Law, Christleton (incorporating the College of Law), obtaining a First-Class Honours Degree. Thereafter, Daniel achieved a Distinction in LLM (Bar Practice) and a Very Competent on the Bar Practice Course. He was called to the Bar in 2022.
Daniel has developed a practice predominantly, but not exclusively, focusing on Housing Disrepair, Personal Injury and Credit Hire litigation. Since joining chambers, Daniel has acted for both Claimants and Defendants in a wide range of interlocutory hearings, in addition to Fast Track Trials. He frequently advises in conferences at all stages of proceedings.
Daniel is keen to build a strong rapport with his clients and is known for his approachable and personable manner. Whilst Daniel is based within the Northern Circuit, he is happy to accept instructions further afield.
Prior to joining the Bar, Daniel was elected to represent approximately 15,000 students to his University’s senior executive. Within this role, Daniel advocated both orally and in writing, affording honest and realistic advice whilst doing so, to those that he represented.
Outside of the Bar, Daniel enjoys, travelling, walking, live music events, and the theatre. Daniel is also an avid Formula One fan, having attended the British Grand Prix on several occasions.
